Switch structure
The structure of the switch is actually very simple, let us unravel the mystery of the switch together!
An electrical switch refers to an electronic component that can open a circuit, interrupt current or make it flow to other circuits.

Introduction
The words for the switch are interpreted as on and off. It also refers to an electronic component that can open a circuit, interrupt current or make it flow to other circuits. The most common switch is an electromechanical device operated by a human, which has one or several electronic contacts. The “closed” of the contact means that the electronic contact is conducting and current is allowed to flow; the “open” of the switch means that the electronic contact is not conducting and forming an open circuit, and current is not allowed to flow.

    classification
By purpose Wave switch, band switch, record and playback switch, power switch, preselection switch, limit switch, control switch, transfer switch, isolating switch, travel switch, wall switch, intelligent fire switch, etc.
    According to structure
Slide switch, toggle switch, toggle switch, push button switch, key switch, membrane switch, smart fire switch, safer steel frame switch, etc.

    Number of points by switch
There are single bonds, double bonds and multiple bonds. Some switches also have a power jack. [1]
    The main parameters
    Rated voltage
refers to the allowable safety voltage of the switch during normal operation. The voltage applied to both ends of the switch is greater than this value, which will cause ignition and breakdown between the two contacts.
       rated current
refers to the maximum safe current allowed to pass when the switch is turned on. When this value is exceeded, the contacts of the switch will burn out due to excessive current.
      Insulation resistance
refers to the resistance value of the conductor part and the insulation part of the switch. The insulation resistance value should be above 100MΩ.
    Contact resistance
refers to the resistance value between each pair of contacts when the switch is on. Generally, it is required to be below 0.1-0.5Ω, and the smaller the value, the better.
       withstand voltage
refers to the lowest voltage that the switch can withstand between the conductor and the ground.
      Life
refers to the number of times the switch can be operated under normal working conditions. Generally, it is required to be about 5000-35000 times.
